My friend reported someone harassing her and it toke you TWO WEEKS to respond. You said you only accept notes but when she showed both notes and something from a chatroom you said it could be easily faked. Don't you accept anything? You just told her to mark the notes as spam. You didn't even give her a chance to ask what would be better evidence or tell her what would be evidence, you just closed the case on her. You told her to just look at the policy, and all it says is that screen shots aren't allowed. Don't you see how stupid you sound?! But luckily she blocked this person, so your damage is not that bad. He still makes several accounts bullying her.
I bet you would be more aware if he was threatening YOU guys or a hacker
